What Difference Does it Make?

I wasn't surprised when I recently heard about the latest altercation between Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder. In light of the situation that occurred last season I was sure that something like this would resurface this season. Little did I know it would be within the first 4 games of the season. One journalist reported that the feud started last year between these two All-Stars has grown legs once again. Meaning this ongoing feud will derail the high hopes and possibilities that this team and the Oklahoma City community has for a championship. So I am left to ask the question, what difference does it make?
Within the infrastructure of a team, there has to be conflict, especially on a team that has a shot at winning an NBA title. Conflict allows for the team to learn how to resolve problems and bad situations. The feud between Durant and Westbrook shows that there are two players who are passionate about winning. Both want to step up and lead, it is just a matter of how they should lead. They are distinctly different players and the realization of that allows for these players to discover what kind of leader they are. During this journey there is always conflict, but to say that this feud will derail this team seems way to far fetched and almost childish. Two grown men ruining the chances at a championship that they are both fighting for seems ridiculous to me. I am not down playing the fact that it is quite possible that this kind of conflict can destroy the team chemistry, but since it is at a personal level I feel that it will strengthen the team, only if it is resolved solely between Durant and Westbrook. So what difference does it make, if these two men have a little scuffle, it would be a lie to say there isn't conflict on teams if the media didn't see it or hear about it? Conflict is a vital part of winning, and how teams handle the chaos.
I'm interested in hearing everyone else's take on this situation, feel free to post comments stating your opinion. Is the media blowing this out of proportion? what do you think will be the outcome for this team this season? I am looking forward to reading people's opinions.

Brown's New QB Controversy Maybe More Than Meets the Eye

Seneca Wallace in his first game as a starting quarterback has proven he can compete to be a starter in the NFL. After Sunday night's  20-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals, Wallace raised some questions within the Browns fan base, causing fans to wonder if  Wallace should finish the season instead of Colt McCoy, who won the spot in training camp in August. Brown's head coach Pat Shurmur stated that "it's to early to tell," referring to the quarterback position and who should be playing once McCoy is healthy. But does this so called controversy really go deeper than a simple who should or shouldn't start?

In the post game interview Seneca Wallace said that "McCoy won the spot so he should finish the season," but whether or not this statement reflects the Browns organization is another story. A few speculators have questioned the fluidity of the players and coaches statements about the situation. A man had called into STO's Brown's Post Game Show, with a theory that the Browns have to finish the season with McCoy even if Wallace out plays him in every category that way the Browns loose out and secure a good first round draft position. The Browns have 2 first round draft picks one of which is in the control of the Atlanta Falcons the other can only be controlled by the Browns. The more the Browns loose the better the first pick. Another theorist had a similar idea to the first person but he explained it more thoroughly. He said that if the Brown's would loose out with McCoy as the starter they could option him off and draft Justin Blackmon and trade up for Robert Griffin III. then with their second and third round picks will fill gaps in both the offensive line and wide receiver corp. They would also have salary cap room to pick up free agent receivers. Seneca Wallace would remain the back up to train Robert Griffin III. Although, these statements seem wild and far fetched many believe them to be great possibilities. This may because Brown's fans always have the feeling that there's always next year and are always looking for the quick fix so the Browns can have a winning season.
Here's my take on this whole situation, Seneca Wallace has to start until McCoy is healthy enough to play. When that time comes. McCoy has to finish the season and win. I say win because he has to regain the trust of the Cleveland fan base and his team. I also think that Cleveland should not give up on McCoy, this is his first full season as a starter, there's still a lot of growing and learning left to do for him. He was not placed in an already flourishing system, he alone cannot win, the Cleveland Browns as a whole has to win. Also, in the eyes of Browns head coach Pat Shurmur, he cannot dwell on this years draft he has to dwell on turning this team around and win the last few games. Shurmur's status as head coach is not based on good draft picks or turning the team around next year, his basis is winning. His job depends on it. The soul purpose of the head coach is to win, winning is his first priority and he has to do it this season before he does it next season. Cleveland fans want to win they have been antsy and waiting for a long time, but the fact of the matter is that its a new team, new system that had no off season and a shortened camp. You can't expect much more than what they gave this season. We cannot be satisfied with how the Browns have played this season, but we can expect good things for next year. Until after next year, don't give up on Shurmur or McCoy, there's still a lot of work to be done, and the Browns are almost there. Quit speculating about what the Browns will do next, their is a plan and I believe ti will be lead by McCoy.

IFBB Pro Bodybuilder does it Naturally

The common mistake people make when looking at IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Jeff Willet, is that he takes steroids to build his massive ripped physique. But that is simply not the case. Willet builds his physique the natural way, with proper training and nutrition philosophies. You see, Jeff Will uses Max-OT, or Max Overload Training,  developed by AST-Sport Sciences in Colorado. This philosophy of  training  makes the working sets low as well as the reps, but the weight is high. The idea behind this style of training is that it promotes maximum cell recuperation within the muscle tissue because maximum stress has been put on the muscle. Max-OT preaches that over training is the most common mistake fitness athletes make, this program if followed specifically will not allow for it to happen. As specific as Willet is with his training regiment he is even more strict about his diet. Diet is the key to a successful training regiment and physique. Willet preaches that if you are going to train your body hard and you want results you must "stick to your nutrition." This means that you follow the specific guidelines of the Max-OT nutrition plan. Training is simply pointless without a good nutrition plan. All the results that are achieved naturally are because of proper nutrition. Jeff Willet sticks to his nutrition and training regiment and has achieved professional status in the world of bodybuilding completely naturally. If you are interested in changing your physique the natural way like IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Jeff Willet you can visit, www.jeffwillet.com, or www.ast-ss.com for more information regarding Jeff Willet and Max-OT.
